Spain is the largest producer of virgin olive oil in the world. They city of Jaén in Andalusia, home of Aires de Jaén farm, has a long history and tradition for producing world renowned virgin olive oils. 

Aires de Jaén, an award-winning farm, is a fourth-generation olive oil producing family. They take great pride in producing environment friendly products that are of the highest standard in taste also. 

The production of olive oil begins with the harvest in early autumn when the olive is beginning its maturation process. From this first first harvest our line of early AOVE is born. Oils with organoleptic characteristics that makes them different and unique.

Aires de Jaén has no supply chain. The growing, harvesting, milling, extraction, production, bottling and packaging all takes place on the farm, thus reducing overall time and preserving the fruit's organic quality.

In order to obtain a maximum quality product, such as our extra virgin olive oils, the whole process to obtain them must be carried out with care, paying attention of each process and respecting the times imposed by experience after many years of tradition and the know-how that our oil culture has taught us. Our extra virgin olive oils are born from this careful and totally natural process.
